“KAKUBIN HIGHBALL” LUCKY DRAW

TERMS AND
CONDITIONS

1. The following terms and conditions shall govern the Kakubin Highball Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) and by entering into this Lucky Draw, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Information on how to enter the Lucky Draw and the prizes to be won form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter is Beam Suntory Asia Pte Ltd having its place of business at 128 Beach Road, #13-03/04 Guoco Midtown, Singapore 189773 (“Promoter”).
4. Entry is only open to Singaporean residents, Permanent Residents of Singapore with a valid NRIC or Expats with a valid FIN aged 18 years and over (“Participants”)
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, affiliates, agencies and third-parties associated with this Lucky Draw are ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. The Lucky Draw conducted on kakubin-highballtime.sg (“Lucky Draw Website”) commences on 14/07/2025 at 12 : 01 am SGT and closes at 11 : 59 pm SGT on 31/08/2025 (“Lucky Draw Period”).
7. To participate in the Lucky Draw, Participants shall complete the following steps:
   • Dine in at any of the participating restaurants listed on the Lucky Draw Website during the Lucky Draw Period. To enter the draw, participants will be required to purchase either “Twin Kakubin Highball set” or “Kakubin bottle” at such participating restaurants during their visit.
   • Purchase of 1 “Twin Kakubin Highball” set will give You one entry to lucky draw entry while purchase of 1 “Kakubin Bottle” will give You eight lucky draw entries.
   • Participants will be required to submit their lucky draw entry on the Lucky Draw Website within the Lucky Draw Period by providing their personal details like full name, e-mail address, phone number, and upload their purchase receipt through the “Submit Entry” link present on the Lucky Draw Website.
   • Depending on the purchase receipt, relevant number of lucky draw entries will be recorded by e-lucky draw system which will be used to draw the Winners, as provided hereunder.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. Each Participant can participate unlimited times by completing the steps mentioned hereinabove. Each qualifying receipt can only be submitted once for entry into the Lucky Draw.
10. On 9th September, at 2pm SGT at Promoter’s office, the Promoter will randomly draw two (2) Lucky Draw entries submitted on Lucky Draw Website using the e-lucky draw system in the presence of a scrutineer. Each Participant is only entitled to one (1) prize.
11. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
12. On 15th September 2025, the Promoter will announce two (2) winners (“Winners”) on Lucky Draw Website and also notify them via email.
13. The Winners will each receive a pair of return economy class flight tickets from Singapore to any destination in Japan of their choice, valued approximately at SGD 1000 per ticket (“Prize”). The total value of Prize for Winners shall amount to SGD 4000.
14. Promoter’s agency, WORLDWIDE M.I.C.E will contact the Winners to book their return flights for the fly-out period starting from 1st October 2025 till 30th June 2026. The booking must be completed by the Winners via the agency only on or before 31st January 2026.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If for any reason a Winner does not take the Prize within 14 days from the date of notification (15th September 2025) then the Prize will be forfeited.
17. If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Participant.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including the Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Lucky Draw. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
20. Failure or delay by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an individual are reserved.
21. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend, modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior written notice to the Participants.
22. Any costs associated with accessing the Lucky Draw Website is the Participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. There are no additional costs charged by the Promoter to enter the Lucky Draw.
23. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly.
25. As a condition of entering this Lucky Draw, each Participant grants the Promoter, its affiliates and associated third parties a right to publish their names as the Winners for marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.

1. If this Lucky Draw is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to pandemic, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Lucky Draw, either in whole or in part, as appropriate.
2. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or (f) taking of a prize.
3. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in order to conduct the Lucky Draw and may, for this purpose only, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to the authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.beamsuntory.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for Lucky Draw, marketing, publicity and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
